Project Management

Zinfra has substantial capability and expertise in Project Management. We maintain a Project Management Office to develop the Project methodologies that are embedded across all phases of a project lifecycle and are supported by a Project Management Policy.

Our established in-house Project Management Office provides guidance and training on Zinfra’s project management processes, systems and tools, business wide. Our Project Management System is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This system contains processes and methods to assist in delivering projects successfully and ensures we use best practice to achieve project and organisation goals.

Our Project Management Office conducts governance reviews to monitor projects for the identification of potential threats to project success. Furthermore, our audit processes throughout all project phases provide a transparent approach to the management of projects, focusing on the key knowledge areas of scope, schedule, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, safety, environment and their overall integration.

Our approach to Project Management is about collaborating with our clients. Our project managers are experienced in all aspects of the discipline with practical experience in the development, management and delivery of projects.
